Started in 2014, Vox Populi (formerly known as the "Community Balance Patch") is a collaborative effort to improve Civilization V's AI and gameplay. It consists of a collection of mods (see below) that are designed to work together seamlessly. The core of the project, the Community Patch, is a DLL-based mod that can be used independently of all other mods in the Project in order to improve. Inspired by Civilization 6's Suzerain concept, this mod intends to bring that concept into Vox Populi a modular modpack, allowing City-States to feel unique when forming an alliance with them. Thanks for the reply. We faced the same problem even with the EUI and non-EUI only. So, it's not your modpack that causes the resyncs. I think the problem started when our computers need to calculate more in the later turns. My brother has a better PC than me but my PC is also quite good for civ 5 as I'm having Ryzen 5 and RX 480.
